WCC Services was founded by Gabriel Williams, PMP — a civil engineering and preconstruction professional with experience spanning field construction, heavy civil, utility-scale solar, BESS, renewable energy development, EPC estimating, and owner-side preconstruction.
The progression from engineering and field construction to EPC estimating at Kiewit and Qcells, to IPP preconstruction at Cordelio Power, to serving as Preconstruction Manager at Pattern Energy provides a foundation that is rarely found in a single consultant. WCC clients benefit from experience on both sides of the EPC relationship.
Gabriel holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He has contributed to some of the largest energy infrastructure projects in North America.
Professional experience includes Kiewit, Qcells, Cordelio Power, and Pattern Energy.
